The only issue was shipping. I selected this item partially bc it said it would be delivered before Christmas. It was ordered the beginning of December. Once I purchased the item, the shipping changed to after Christmas, defeating the purpose of a Christmas gift. I understand with such beautiful items, they were probably in high demand. My suggestion would be to remove the arrival date, esp around holidays, to avoid disappointment. But again, zero complaints about the necklace.
